"I am passionate about creating transformative experiences for people, encouraging students to pause, to listen to & understand their bodies - physically, emotionally, mentally & energetically. I teach seasonally, taking inspiration from all that nature teaches us, incorporating flow, alignment principles, philosophy, breath & stillness, allowing students to find space in both body & mind.
Jan trained in Hatha Yoga with Yoga Alliance 14 years ago & runs weekly classes, workshops & retreats from her beautiful rural Wiltshire studio.
